Very understanding And helpful

they don't expect too much

I have cut down and am very happy with the experiences 

the worker is very helpful

I highly recommend

firstly let me congratulate you on cutting down on your use. It sounds like you had the support you needed from STaRS and we're really pleased your experience has been so positive. Thank you for taking the time to share your story and hopefully your recommendation will help to encourage others to seek support so they too can feel the benefits you have.

One of our core values in making sure our services put the individuals needing support at the centre of everything we do. It's always reassuring to hear feedback when we have got this right, so we can continue to shape services with these factors in mind.
