Total I was in for a cystoscopy booked one at 11:20am receptionist was excellent. Next I was called through to Bay 5 where I was greeted by the nurses and all of them gave an uplifting feeling all smiling and happy. Nurse thought I looked hot as I was sweating she asked if it was ok to test my temperature which I said no problem she then tested my blood pressure which was normal, I said I think sweating was due to my ongoing water infection.
After short wait I was taken in room and again nurse was first class and helped me onto table then Mr MacCormick did the cystoscopy which was painless Mr MacCormick makes you feel at ease.
On finish I was given discharge papers by nurse and 1 hour 30mins after arriving I was on my way home.
My care by nurses and doctor was all first class and hospital is one of the best I’ve been too....
