"No answer from Pals by telephone or email"

Saw neurologist on 21st July. Very pleased to get an early appointment. Neurologist

Recommended treatment for my condition.

Haven't heard anything since have telephoned, emailed last resort tried to get in touch with pals. No response don't answer telephone nothing.

Can't contact have spoken to secretaries who have emailed on my behalf I have heard absolutely nothing

We are so sorry to hear about your experience with trying to establish when your Neurology treatment will commence and also the difficulties you have had trying to speak to our PALS team to investigate this for you, if you have left messages with our team, you should have received a call back.
