I visited a cardiology department on 27/08/19 for an MRI scan, the staffs there were very kind and performed their duties professionally, I am very pleased with them.
However , its has been a month I have not had any result for test and whenever I call to try to speak to the secretary of the cardiologist who requested a test, there is no answer at all despite of several attempts. I have left messages, no answer no a call back. I have been experiencing pain in my chest and left arm since March 2019!! And as i am writing this review there has been no intervention of my problems and I am really worry about my health especially
I have a heart murmur condition. Today I have requested through my gp for a second time to make a follow up hopefully it would help. I kindly request for someone to look into this so that this can be addressed promptly.
