"Brilliant Department -Superstar Staff"

About: Cumberland Infirmary / Dermatology

I attended the Dermatology department for an 8 week course of UVB light treatment earlier this summer. I was always seen promptly. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous I was always treated with consideration and respect. I have unfortunately had way too much experience of the Cumberland Infirmary over the last decade because of the serious and chronic illness of two close family members. Not all of it has been five star by any means. But this Department have been consistently excellent. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the Cumberland Infirmary. I am very pleased you had such a positive experience in Dermatology. The team work very hard to ensure patients are comfortable and the staff will be delighted to hear that you felt you were treated with consideration and respect.

I am very sorry that members of your family have needed treatment for chronic illness but I do hope that any subsequent visits they may have in the future will be positive as a result of the ongoing service improvement within the Trust.
