Staff seemed generally accepting but it was one particular doctor’s attention to detail, thought process and resolution turnaround which was impressive. This doctor showed empathy and courtesy to my wife and child whilst ensuring that the best course of action was taken. We felt comfortable with him and would recommend this surgery based on this experience. I feel assured that we are in good hands.
