About: One Recovery Bucks

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am very happy with the help & services provided to myself by One Recovery Bucks. If it were not for the extra help provided by the Dr @ ORB going above and beyond to help raise attention to my health, my tuberculosis may never have been diagnosed. The staff are polite, helpful and understanding and sympathetic.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. I am so happy to hear how well you feel you have been helped and supported by our service, from your feedback it seems our staff are really putting their core values into practice.

I am also really please to hear that our clinical team picked up and supported you with your TB diagnosis and I do hope you are recovering well.
