Would just like to say Lucy is a fantastic Key-worker; genuine, down to earth and respects me. It would be an asset if your other workers would take a leaf out the book. She makes me feel comfortable and helps me.

Thanks for taking the time to write your experience of using the service especially your key worker Lucy.

We are so lucky to have Lucy has part of our team, we know what amazing work she does with the people that she works with, which you have clearly experienced. I will ensure that Lucy and the rest of the team gets your feedback.

I would be interested to know if you have experienced a time when you don't feel our staff have lived up to your's and our expectation, by your comment about other staff, get in touch if you want to have a chat about this, I would be really keen to hear.
