"District nurses don’t turn up and can’t get..."

No phone numbers on here -useless. Nurses meant to come regularly and haven’t come -two days late. Did ring day before - one day late and they said they’d come -still didn’t. So want to phone the base. Will go to walk in centre or GP to get treatment hey are supposed to do -waste of my time and urgent care/medical( dr) time, but no other way to get the treatment I have been told I need
