About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a service user),

I very recently was admitted to the New Victoria Day Surgery unit. I just wanted to send a huge heart felt thanks to the nursing staff, Karen in the unit, a lovely theatre nurse and a lovely recovery nurse, anaesthetist and the consultant (Dr. Vani) and team doing my procedure. Im sorry I cant remember everyones names but I hope you will know who you are if you read this! Everyone of you put me at ease when I was very nervous and even had me laughing. Being a nurse myself I know the challenges faced but being on the other side as a patient I wanted to let you know you all do an outstanding job. Thank you for making my stay short and keeping me comfortable!
