From a guy who was very sceptical about CBT and all things connected, i was astounded by the effect that this last years treatment has opened my eyes, the final summary letter i received today, has completely changed how i mistrusted the system and restored my faith, it proved i was heard and offered the right guidance as to what i should do or not do to progress,
I thank you from the bottom of my heart
