(as a service user),

I have just had a telephone assessment appointment with the talking therapist, it was absolutely very good.   Very professional.   The lady involved was Sophie, and I was very pleased with the service.   She was very calm, very thorough and very kind.   I wanted to give my positive feedback.

Thank you so much for letting us know. Our therapists work very hard at assessment to give patients a positive first experience of the service and of psychological help and it is good to get such reassurance that this comes across. I have passed your comments on to Sophie.
