After 3 days I am still awaiting a day surgery procedure that should have happened on Monday !!!!! I’ve asked for an update 3 times today so far each time I’m guaranteed someone will be with me shortly 4 hours still waiting .
Staff standing around consistently gossiping and doing the tea run !
Everything about it is simply awful .
