"Brilliant tea & toast"

I would like to take the opportunity to highlight the fantastic care and support I received whilst giving birth to my second child at the maternity unit at the Victoria hospital. From the moment we arrived until discharge the following day, the care provided by the induction team and midwife led unit was truly amazing. The unit itself is forward thinking and well designed with thoughtful considerations given to the needs of a labouring mum. The staff were all so friendly, caring and supportive. I would like to especially mention Kerry, the midwife in MLU who supported us from arriving to delivering.. Thank you so much for all your support and encouragement, we could of got our boy here so calmly without you. 

As a family we can not thank the whole team enough, from the brilliant tea and toast to the advice regarding feeding, to the staff interacting with my little boy when he first met his little brother, I could not have imagined a more perfect level of care.
