"First Rate Service"

About: Croydon University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Just spent 3 hours in a very busy children’s A&E dept with my son who injured his ankle playing football today. Yes, there was a lot of waiting around, but they were very busy with a constant stream of arrivals. Reception staff are very professional, polite and approachable. Clinical staff were excellent. My only negative comment (and this if nothing to do with the hospital) is that I’m sure many of the patients needed a GP or pharmacist and not A&E.

Thank you for your comments regarding your visit to Children's A&E. It is great for services to get positive feedback and I'm sure the A&E department will be delighted with your comments.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact us.

Kind Regards
