"Knee replacement surgery"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Physiotherapy University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I had knee replacement surgery at University Hospital Wishaw for the second time within a year. Again I was worrying needlessly. My experiences from start to finish were second to none. From pre-assessment to the lady doing appointments to surgeon doing my operation. I couldn't have been treated any better. All the staff including Physios treated me with nothing but kindness and patience. I am back home now and have relayed my experiences to all my friends and family. Thanks again (a very grateful patient).

Dear Ward 14,

Thank you for taking the time to feed back on your time here at University Hospital Wishaw. The whole orthopaedic team work hard to provide the right care and treatment.

I will pass on your kind comments to the physiotherapy team and I hope your rehabilitation continues to go from strength to strength.

Kind regards,

Máire

Dear Ward14

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. I am delighted to hear you are recovering well at home now and had such a positive experience at what I can only imagine is such a worrying time.

I will be sure to feedback to the staff in Ward 14 and the Pre Assessment team as well.

Kind Regards

Kim Brown
