Needed to phone to confirm appt time for a baby. Phone kept ringing, tried for over an hour constantly, they ignored it. The humans on the phone are just as important as those in front of you. There should be a system in place where both are treated fairly.
If we missed the appt for this reason then the nhs loses money and we would have had to chase up another appt.
The phones are there for a reason.
No flexibility with appt dates and times, difficult when you have children and work.
