"ENT treatments cancelled many times over much..."

My Doctor says I am under the CARE of my specialist but that is not accurate as my appointments have been cancelled despite long waiting periods between them, I am told I can not discuss alternatives! or get advice by talking to my specialist! .

I was given a number assured it was the specialists secretary after trying hard to reason with reception - to be told it wasn’t the specialists Secretary but that all receptionists are secretary’s and nothing could be done.

Despite me almost crying saying how bad pain was I was told everyone’s same.

No they are not as most specialists have a Secretary that tries to help and advices.

I could have been given an appointment with others in the TMJ departments with other treatment or other advice until my Botox injections with Soecialist took place.

I had to almost cry to get a bit of effort from number given but was told nothing workable so didn’t achieve anything. Not caring enough in this department.
