My mother spent a week and a half in Kings C1 ward with a broken hip.
Clare and her team were simply amazing in the quality of care given, the empathy and understanding to relatives and the attention to detail.
I never had to worry for a second that she would be neglected or her needs ignored.
The staff have an incredibly difficult and demanding job but show good humour and professionalism at all times.
Simply amazing and very heart-warming.
All the support services (OT, nutrition etc) were all very good as well.
