I have had several investigation by the professional staff at Bedford Hospital. Despite what has been said by the media and other negative opinions, my experience of Bedford hospital for whatever visit and department, it was always a positive experience. I hope Bedford hospital will continue to progress and meet its target to be a 5* in the near future. I am pleased with the way the technicians, nurses, admin/reception staff and the medical staff dealt with my investigations.
As I could see their professionalism, my I could trust them more. They were approachable, polite and the NHS should be proud of them.
In conclusion, I would like to say a big thank you to other departments (Imaging, MRI, Cardiology and ENT) for seeing to my diagnostics and professionally and scientifically reaching a conclusion.
