"A positive experience for me"

I was greeted at reception by a lovely lady who I was able to talk to easily, she then asked if I would mind completing this survey, which I said I would be happy to do. She then directed me to the waiting area.   I was taken by a nurse almost right on my appointment time and taken into a private room, asked some questions about why I was there and about my symptoms. Had I brought a copy of my prescription and a sample as requested, when I said yes, the nurse said he liked when patients were organised. After that I went back to the waiting room and the consultant came for me in no time at all. She was very nice and thorough all through my consultation and tests. Overall, I wasn't kept waiting and my appointment didn't drag on, so it was a positive experience for me.
