I am so impressed with how this surgery came through the merger. At first it was a bit of a mess, I’m sure they don’t mind me saying that but, especially since the introduction of eConsult they’ve gone from strength to strength. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful despite being under a huge amount of pressure.

I filled out a form online and within a couple of hours had received a phone call and had an appointment booked for the same day. Very impressive.

I’d highly recommend the nurses, especially one, she is passionate about her job and seems to go that extra mile to help.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this lovely comment which has been shared with the Team. We have worked very hard with the new appointments system which has meant a whole system change.

eConsult is so useful for our patients and is "open" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
