About: Royal Gwent Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Had first surgery at Royal Gwent Eye Unit earlier in 2019 and second procedure this month.

I found all the staff were helpful, understanding, more than willing to answer any questions and to explain each procedure, and step of the process. They went out of their way to reassure and offer encouragement not only to myself but others too.

I would have no concerns about recommending these teams to anyone needing treatment, or surgery.
