"Excellent care throughout in Dickens Ward"

This was my third stay as a patient here in 3 years and my experience had never changed except that on the second visit I was remembered and the third time I’m s family friend now. I’ve had a knee , hip and shoulder replacement since September 2016. The care from the consultants, through to the cleaning staff each time has been extremely good. Most of the same staff are there which is reassuring. The quality of food served is also of a good standard, so when I’m told I need another operation I look forward to my stay in Dickens Ward as I trust them and know I will be valued too.
