My mum who has advanced dementia was recently on Byron ward for 10 days after developing a severe urinary tract infection.
As a family, we were all very satisfied with the care that she had throughout her stay.
All the staff in the ward were friendly, helpful and caring and work tirelessly for all the patients'.
Most of the patients on the ward had very high levels of dependency and they were all treated with dignity and respect.
A huge thanks to everyone for the care received which led to my mum being able to return home as soon as she was medically fit.
