"Excellent service"

I attended the hospital today for a bone density scan. I have not been to the Haywood Hospital for many years. It was an extremely good experience. The 'feel' to the hospital was good on arrival. The staff at the welcome desk were very helpful. The reception staff were pleasant, efficient and very professional.

The waiting area was pleasant and clean and there was no waiting time.

The radiography staff were friendly and again efficient and very professional. I was treated with respect and the process was explained to me as it went along..

This really was the NHS at its best. Thank you very much.
