"Really good listeners"

About: Locked & Specialist Rehab / Spencer South

The staff are really good listeners and they are always up for distractions and DBT. I think staff interact well with the patients  and there is a good routine. DBT sessions are helpful.

I think that there should be smaller wards because not all the patients get along, there is a lot of bickering.

I recommend St Andrew's.

It's really positive to hear you are finding the DBT skills helpful and it's great to hear the staff on the unit are supportive and able to encourage skills/ distractions when you need them.

I understand relationships on units are not always helpful or positive ones however this is a great way to build on using your skills. If you need more support inform staff or call advocacy if you feel necessary.
