"2 years on!"

About: Locked & Specialist Rehab / Spencer South Womens Medium Secure (Northampton) / Seacole

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Female wards are not as good as they used to be because of the cutting of money. Now we don’t have servers at meal times so this takes 2 members of staff from nursing numbers. On Spencer South it is not as bad as on Seacole, people weren’t getting showers on time or at all because they had to wait for the night shift, people also don’t get out after lunch.

The education team here are amazing, they work so hard and the amount of qualifications I have got through with them is amazing. And Workbridge is amazing too, they give people the opportunity to have jobs and learning skills.

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way, we can look at ways to improve this that will ensure this does not impact on patient care.

It is great to hear you have had such positive opportunities and outcomes with education and Workbridge, keep up the good work.
