"Recent visit to A+E and AMU"

My son recently required the attention of the emergency services and was taken to A+E, then AMU. The service and attention he received from all staff was faultless. They were attentive, respectful, communicative and supportive. All staff - nurses, Dr's, healthcare, reception and Sodexo staff were pleasant and approachable and clearly dedicated to their work. I was so appreciative of their commitment to my son's care, and observed their patience and kindness to others too. They are extremely hard working and make the NHS the great service that it is. Thank you all.
