This used to be a lovely doctors practise and the GP`s are still lovely but trying to get an appointment is a total nightmare. You are told to book online when they release the afternoon slots on a Friday at 12 noon. I have never been successful despite being on the system at 12! when you try to ring about this you are fobbed of and told to try next week. Not ideal. The reception also cannot provide you with any afternoon appointments or over the phone appointments.

They operate open access in the morning where you have to go in and then are given a time for that morning. This only works if you are off work or don't work as trying to get into work following an appointment can be also a headache. the practise does not allow for working people.
