"A good relationship between staff and us Patients"

About: Rampton Hospital / Mental Health Service

(as the patient),

Safe. Seems to be a good relationship between staff and us Patients on the ward. Patients make positive comments and this helps it feel safe also. Staff are listening well which makes them effective, I would like to see more meetings but Staff do a good Job. The Staff are friendly and caring and they work hard to help Patients move on, this makes them responsive with them listening well which means I get good nurse reports. We could have a suggestion box on the ward to place confidential ideas in. we are all involved in our community on the ward and staff do involve Patients well, we could get Patients to socialise more

I'm really pleased you like the ward and feel cared for and supported by staff. Staff will really like to hear this feedback so thank you.

I will check to see how many community meetings you have and see if others want to increase them.

PLease raise the suggestion box idea as I think thats a great one. I will also pick this up and see what we can do.

Thank you for this posting. It's so good to read the words, "Staff are friendly and caring and they work hard to help patients move on." That kind of sums up what this is all about really. As Adele says, the confidential suggestion box is a ggreat idea.
