Having recently tried to book a blood test appointment at the surgery to be informed all the blood clinic's have been cancelled for August and if you require a blood test, you have to go down to Keighley Health Centre take a ticket and wait!
Absolutely disgusting I have to trail into Keighley and then when you get there if you are lucky you could be seen in 2 hours!! if there are too many people they close and you have to go back another day.
Shocking service.
