"They put me at ease before, during and after"

I was referred to have a colonoscopy done at Dr Grays Hospital after developing some problems. I was lucky enough to have my appointment advanced by a week. From the moment I stepped into Ward 1 on Sunday I cannot praise all the staff concerned enough from the girl at reception right up to Mr Scrimgeour the Consultant and his very friendly theatre nurses. They put me at ease as best as they possibly could before, during and after the procedure. The level of care shown to me was tremendous.
