"I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE SINCE I WAS 17 & AM 60"

Asa disabled eprson I have been a patient ehre since I was 17 and am 60 now.In the years of useing the practice I have always found the doctors and the practice nurses and the staff very sympathetic,helpful knowledgeable and do what they can to help a patient.

Its a very friendly surgey staff are always so helpful polite and try accoomodate everyones needs.It is quite a busy surgery but I am ususally able to get an appointment fairly soon as new appt are released every day at 8 30am and 2pm.Referrels are contracted out to MSK tot eh hospitala nd can take a little while which is frustrating as MSK triage all referrels again.

Overall the practice operates very well and meets the eneds of the patients.

The car parking is a nightmare as all the builders from the local building site monopolise a lot of the spaces there is only 2 blue badge areas and frequently people parking in these bays who are not valid blue badge owners.The car park is privately owned am told but there needs to be better liason with this company to provide better facilities for parking for patients of the surgery particularly disabled people or wheelchair users as often it is very hard fro disabled people or wheelchair users to gain access to the surgery from the car park if the specified blue badge areas are already taken..Perhaps if the company managing the car park made it a fee paying car park with free access to people using the medical centre this would stop a lot of people parking in this car cark who are not using the medical centre.Otherwise its a great surgery ive been with them since I was a girl at 17 and am 60 now and havnt had any issues with the practice with doctors Ive been under over the years.All the doctors are very nice and very knowlegeable too.We could do with another lady doctor though as onlY ONE lady doctor presently for gynae etc..
