"Furness general hospital"

After spending a month on ward 9 they still can't really tell me what is wrong with me. My specialist said he wouldn't rush me out of the door yet the next day while he was off a doctor I had never seen discharged me...I had exactly the same issues that I had a month earlier when I checked in, yet nobody seemed to care and it looked like it must be part of their bonusable objectives to rush people out of the door...Every time you ask a question you seem to get a different answer depending on who you ask...They also screwed up my prescription, told me face to face to get it from my GP yet that wasn't possible as they didn't write the medication on the discharge letter...When phoned to check was told, once again a different answer than the day before...Dont you dare ringing your bell as no one cares...One of my roommate was forgotten about in the toilet for over 30 minutes...Some of the young helpers and nurses were nice and friendly but there are quite a few who could do with some in depth customer service or maybe change job and train in a job that doesn't involve caring for others when they clearly don't...
