Came for annual review. The lady who did the scans was very helpful and friendly.

"Clinical fellow" who reviewed the scans was unhelpful and obviously not familiar with my medical background nor the medical issue I had. As it is a relatively unusual problem she should have referred me to the consultant in charge if she were unable to deal with my questions, instead she was monosyllabic and abrupt, She was also unable to deal properly with the administrative side of matters. She was unhelpful, uninformed and unprofessional. She took no notes as to new symptoms I was experiencing and was unable to answer questions convincingly. I have asked to be transferred to a different hospital.
