"I feel so let down"

About: Midpark Hospital / Adult Mental Health (inpatient)

(as a service user),

I feel so let down, by everyone I have met in the adult team.

More than half of my appointments since December have been cancelled, some of them on the same day. It feels like nobody answers your calls even if you leave a message.

I feel belittled, unimportant, and most of the time invisible.

There have been times I have been told things by a member of staff which I considered inappropriate. I find this completely unacceptable. I feel that my appointments are far too spaced apart.

When in a crisis, I don't think you should have to wait 4+ months for a doctor appointment.
