Given the surgery is in a disadvantaged area and the healthy lifestyle options and choice are low, under immense pressure the surgery is doing the best they can and the GP’s and staff including receptionist giving excellent Service. The patients are from very diverse backgrounds and there can be limitations and language barriers but the staff are managing well in the best of their capacity. Sometimes expectations may not be met but the doctor will address issues through the practice manager or Lear a message, the doctor does get back to you & is responsive
