I had my first visit TO WESTMARC today for assessment on my powerchair and had to use the toilet which I found difficult. The toilets are too small especially for Powerchairs. I could get in but couldn't turn to close the door and lock it behind me. Your emergency pull cord is also too high. If someone on the floor they not going be able to pull the cord. Another problem is the bucket which is opened using a foot lever this is useless for people who can't use their legs. Also the bucket makes transferring from wheelchair to toilet very difficult as it is in the way. Ideally you really need your disabled toilet be double the size it is. Going back to the emergency cords they should have two handles on them to make it easier to grip and pull. Getting out was difficult as well as difficult to reach to unlock the door and had to reverse out using my chair to push door open and hope that there was no one behind me
