In patient (R) hip internal fixation.
From the beginning, which was 4:30 in the morning, the ward staff were polite, understanding of my needs and did everything that restores one's confidence in humanity.
Whether you meet the day team or night team, you will be looked after.
@CEO: this is a challenging orthopaedic ward biased towards caring for elderly longer-term patients which brings additional complications.
This team understands how it can ease life for all patients equally, they are coherent and supportive not only of each other but also their patients.
The fact that they are so effective, and with such good humour, speaks clearly to their leadership as individuals, their clear sense of common purpose and their dedication to doing the best job possible.
