My 88 year old dad has dementia.
He also has a urostomy pouch after having bladder cancer.
Misterton Group Practice consistently fail to process his prescription for the equipment he needs, sometimes for weeks on end.
This has left him to deal with a leaking stoma, continually wet clothes and bedding, and piles of washing.
This has gone on for a couple of years despite my repeatedly explaining the problems to them.
They just don't seem to care.
