"Rainbow day care"

About: Newham General Hospital

My daughter went in as a day patient today,to have her tonsils removed.The staff was fantastic.. especially the HCA. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She had a smile to greet us in the morning and was still smiling when we left in the evening.My daughter was put at ease by her bubbly personality.
