I would like to commend all staff in ward 7 for their caring and informing me of every aspect of my care. Both the day staff and night staff work very hard, but always had time to explain everything to me, and were also very kind. For which I would like to say a big thank you. Also the cleaning staff and doctor treated me with total respect. Over recent years I have refused to be admitted to the BGH. But I notice a big change for the better, keep up your good work ward 7.
