"Gratitude"

About: North Devon District Hospital

(as a relative),

My brother sadly passed away in Barnstaple Hospital, Devon in July

The family wish you to send our gratitude to everyone who attended to him.

The surgeon and his team, ITC Unit, Lundy Ward nurses, carers even the cleaner were professional, but most of all the care and understanding was exceptional at this distressing time. They also gave us a much needed strong cup of tea and biscuits.

Ken's son wishes to thank the Bereavement Office for their help. Which was very much appreciated.

Once again Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Relative

I was very sad to learn of your loss and can only imagine how distressing a time it was for both you and your family. Please accept my condolences on behalf of the Trust for your sad loss.

I was very pleased to note your brother received such a high level of care and empathy during his last days and that staff also supported the family so well. I will ensure your very kind comments will be shared with all staff involved in your brother's care, together with the bereavement team, where I know they will be warmly received.

With kind regards

Jayne.
