"The Wellbeing Service"

About: Birmingham Hospice

(as a service user),

I contacted JTH during a really dark time. My counsellor has been exceptional in understanding and supporting me through difficult periods, showing me via discussion that all my actions and upset emotions are normal and I am able to cope on my own albeit in different ways and on varying levels depending on my emotional wellbeing on a daily basis. 

The input I received from JTH was nothing short of excellent from everyone. All the staff going about their business always had a friendly smile and a hello - that meant so much, making me feel welcome. 

JTH has been the sanctuary I needed to help me through a difficult time and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for helping me to get where I am today.
