I'm not too sure where the negative reviews come from, unless they're relating to the Gresty Brook surgery, which is noticeably worse than the main surgery (Grosvenor) I have a complex medical history, and I have found that the Doctors and Reception can never do enough, they always go above and beyond their normal roles, and will always try their best to fit me in where possible. I've never had an issue and I've been to quite a lot of surgeries!
