"Waste of time"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Urology

Urology department overlooked four renal tumours on my scan some 4 years ago and I have had to be referred urgently to Guys Hospital in London.

Thankfully I am now under their care.

After four years with Urology; my husband has been urgently referred to Maidstone Hospital with serious symptoms.

My daughter is now in an incapacitated situation with her back with no feeling in her leg and foot which has been the case for the past 2 months and we cannot even get through to a secretary.

Their answerphones state that "if you leave a message we will not get back to you."


I have two complaints in with them at present and I can see there will be a couple of follow up letters winging their way again very soon.
