"Visit to breast clinic"

This is the second time I’ve visited the breast clinic in 18 months. The whole team are incredibly friendly and efficient. They treat you with respect, are empathic and involve you in decisions. I was quite upset during my visit and the doctor I saw was so caring and understanding. After I left, within a hour she phoned my me to tell me the date of my next appointment as she was aware how anxious I was. For her to personally call me meant a lot given how busy they all must be. I was seen very quickly during my visit. The radiographer who did my ultrasound was also lovely, explaining everything along the way. Would highly recommend this service, especially to anyone who is very anxious about their appointment. Thank you!
