"Very bad service staff were rude have no idea..."

This hospital maternity 6th floor very bad service only few staff were nice majority of them are rude to patients. We were there for more than 72 hours we had no idea why they kept us that long. No explanation given one full day no assistant at all we had no idea what was going on. When we ask them what iOS happening any update they always say it’s so busy here we have to go with the lists we will come to you when your turn. There were lots of improvement needed basic respect no need experience for that treat all the people same.
