"CT Scan Review"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

The X-ray reception was easy to find and was directed to the appropriate waiting area, I was called in to have a Canula inserted for the dye to be administered I informed the person inserting the canula that my left arm could not be used as I have a brachial fistula for hemo dialysis and I felt the staff member was most put out by this especially since she had difficulty inserting a canula on the right arm. The staff who carried out the ct venoscan where excellent and explained the process all the way through and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

Dear reviewer,

Thank you for leaving your feedback.

We are sorry there was difficulty with the canula insertion but we are pleased to read the CT Venoscan was explained to you and staff were supportive.

We will pass your review on to the team involved.

Many thanks
